The HSFIS 6.2 Service Pack 3 resolves the follow issues:
1.Employment tracking - allowed user to go beyond 9999 records for Agricultural Activities.

2.Staff Employment Start Date for PIR has been fixed.

3.In HSFIS 6.2, Icons have been fixed for thefemale/mother figure in the family browser
show up as male/father figure in the center browser and in the roll over screen.

4.Prioritization Report was improperly calculating children's date of birth for some categories.

5. Updated the database tables so Users can modify Eligibility for USDA FOOD Program starting as of 12/12/2008.

HSFIS is a fully automated case management record keeping system that collects, organizes, maintains, and reports detailed demographic, education, health and social services information at the child and individual family level. It greatly assists agencies in determining program eligibility, and the comprehensive family data collected through HSFIS helps Head Start staff to determine the needs of the entire family unit, address family service goals, and track and manage the delivery of all appropriate services. We are pleased to annouce that the new 2007 Poverty Guidelines ($10,210 for one member, $3480 for each additional member) has been added to your PROMIS system.
Letter heads will also be available as part of the next PROMIS update (scheduled for tomorrow evening). Once done, under your letter templates section, you will see a new section at the top for adding letter heads. Then within your normal letter templates, you can select which letter head that letter will use, if any.

HSFIS 6.1 is undergoing final pre-release checks in preparation for release at the end of July 2006. New for this version are:
